Don't worry, we are here for you. In this case we will refund your money 100%. In order for us to resolve this issue quickly, please send us an email. Please provide us with the following information when you first contact us so that we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible: Order number, item, photo of the error, and description of the error (you will find the product name and code in your order confirmation email).

If an item is no longer visible on the website, it is sold out. Most items are not reordered.
CAN I CHANGE, ADD TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER LATER?
Once you have placed your order the shipping process will start. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Unwanted items must be returned and a new order must be placed.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AT FASHION STYLERS?
Normally Fashion Stylers shipping takes 14-21 days. If the package is inspected by local customs, this may bring additional delays.
WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
It may be that your order contains several items from different warehouses. Therefore, all items will be shipped separately. In this case you can be happy - the remaining items will surely arrive soon.
WHY IS THE ORDER STATUS "SHIPPED"?
Once your order has been shipped, we will change the status to "Shipped". YEAH! Your package is on its way to you.
HOW SHOULD I PROCEED IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN?
Provided that the parcel was correctly delivered by the Post Office (see shipment history) and deposited in the mailbox, this is a case of theft. With the correct delivery by Swiss Post, liability is transferred to the recipient. In this case, a report must be filed with the police. The invoice from Fashion Stylers remains valid. By stating this theft, a recovery via your liability insurance may be possible.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Invoices and reminders are automatically sent by Klarna via email to your specified email address. Depending on the settings of your email account, these may also end up in the spam folder, which is why we ask you to check there as well. You are welcome to contact Klarna if you need a copy of the invoice or if you want to pause the invoice. A pause makes sense if your delivery is delayed or a return process is in progress, this avoids that the reminder process is started prematurely.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Contact our team by email and provide us with the following information including order number, item, reason for return and photos in case of errors or defects. Our team will send you a return label by email. Then you can return the package to the seller at the local post office. Please note that Fashion Stylers will charge you for the return shipping back to the retailer.
